Featuring Montana’s Original Wild Huckleberry

  • 3oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1oz red wine vinegar
  • 1T of Dijon mustard
  • 2T of Huckleberry preserves
  • Add all ingredients to a jar, cover with a lid, shake vigorously until well blended. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Also makes a great marinade for meat or vegetables.
