Mince 1 medium shallot & 1 garlic clove, sauté in vegetable or olive oil until translucent.

Add 1-16oz jar of Spiced Apple preserves & heat thoroughly.

Add 2T of brandy, simmer until reduced to a thick glaze.

Stir in 1T of butter. Serve over pork, salmon, chicken or wild game.
