Cookie Mix Recipe
Cream together cookie mix with one pound of room temperature butter. Roll one TBSP of dough into a ball and place on parchment lined cookie sheet, 4 inches apart. Use your thumb or back of a TSP to make indentation in cookie dough, then spoon in 1/2 TSP of your favorite Eva Gates Homemade Preserves. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until done. *Try rolling the cookie dough ball into crushed nuts before making thumbprint or drizzling powdered sugar icing over the top of the cooled cookies.
