- cup of Blackcap preserves
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp crushed dried thyme
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small sauce pan, simmer on med heat 15-20 mins or until reduced by half. Glaze will thicken as it cools.
Brush on any meat or vegetables the last 5 mins of grilling. Serve remaining glaze as a dipping sauce!
